It was just by chance that I found Lisa...

Over the years, I had gone to so many different hair stylists, never finding the right one. They would be good for one or two haircuts and then BORING!

Desperately in need of a hair cut, I picked a salon out of the yellow pages. I phoned into Don Allen's and Lisa was available, is she good I asked and yes was the answer, this was 1995.

I think what has kept me with Lisa for so many years is that she always stays current with styles and her cuts and colors are top notch. Three reasons this is a fact for me:

I am always complimented on my hair - my last cut was called "FIERCE" and I once had an elderly man that was watching me during a kickboxing class tell me that my hair moved beautifully

My cousin, a hair stylist in Oregon, loved the motion of my cut and color saying that whomever does my hair is awesome (yeah, I know)

I've had several friends over the years ask who does my hair. I would see them a while later, not remembering my recommendation and comment how great their hair looks (truly better than I had ever seen)...and it was Lisa that they were going to...

I tried several different stylists while she was away but was never completely satisfied. They just didn't understand what I wanted the way she does.
